• Will these keycaps fit my keyboard?

  Our keycaps are designed with standard MX-style stems (plus-shaped cross), making them compatible with most mechanical keyboards using Cherry MX switches and clones (Gateron, Kailh, Outemu, etc.). They will not fit membrane or low-profile keyboards.

• What profile are your keycaps?

  We offer various profiles including OEM, Cherry, SA, and DOM. Please check the specific product description to see the exact profile and recommended row (R1–R4).

• How do I measure my spacebar size?

  To determine your spacebar size, you need to measure the length of the spacebar keycap in millimeters and divide it by 19. This will give you the unit size of your spacebar. For example, if your spacebar is 114 mm long, then your spacebar size is 114 / 19 = 6u. Our spacebar size ranges from 5.57u to 7u, so you can choose the one that fits your keyboard best. However, some keyboards may have different layouts or sizes that may not match our keycaps. To provide you with better support, kindly email us with your keyboard model and we will check the compatibility for you.

• How do I pick the right wrist rest size?

  We offer sizes tailored to standard keyboard layouts:

  • 60% / 65%: ~30cm (11.8 in)

  • 75% / TKL: ~36cm (14.1 in)

  • Full-size: ~44cm (17.3 in)

• Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?

  Every piece is 100% handcrafted, hand-poured, and hand-painted. Because of this unique process, minor variations in color, micro-bubbles, or internal resin swirls are natural characteristics that make your item one of a kind.

• What should I do if the keycap stem is too tight or too loose?

  Since resin can expand or contract slightly:

  • Too tight: Gently warm the stem area with a hairdryer for 3–5 seconds to soften the resin before pressing it onto the switch.

  • Too loose: Place a tiny piece of thin plastic wrap over the switch stem before mounting the keycap.

To keep your resin items in top condition:

• Clean with a soft, damp microfiber cloth.

• Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent yellowing.

• Do not use harsh chemicals, high-proof alcohol, or abrasive cleaners.
